01 / Context

The question behind the work.

Retail managers were working across recurring reporting, month-end close, store analysis, forecast views and communication workflows. The challenge was to reduce context switching while keeping business ownership visible.

02 / Built

Structure before decoration.

Designed a local-first workflow around existing enterprise data: current-month sell-out, quota comparison, forecasting, store analysis, data-quality alerts, PDF packs and reviewable communication outputs. The system organises the work around the manager’s decisions rather than around isolated dashboards.

03 / Result

What changed.

The operating model connects analysis, quality checks and communication in one repeatable flow. It demonstrates product thinking across data, interface and adoption without exposing internal users, stores, brands, source files or commercial values.

This case study is intentionally anonymised. It describes the shape, scale and outcome of the work without exposing internal data, client systems or confidential screenshots.
