01 / Context
The question behind the work.
A commercial team was working across separate reports and definitions. The challenge was not to make another dashboard, but to create one model people could trust.
02 / Built
Structure before decoration.
Mapped the decision questions, redesigned the semantic model around 25 tables, standardised the measures and scaled the reporting layer from four reports to more than twenty.
03 / Result
What changed.
The product became the single source of truth for Mexico revenue decisions and a repeatable base for new reporting needs.
This case study is intentionally anonymised. It describes the shape, scale and outcome of the work without exposing internal data, client systems or confidential screenshots.
