01 / Context

The question behind the work.

A shared commercial BI environment needed consistent semantic definitions, versioned model changes and a structure that could be understood across markets. The work required precision about contribution boundaries as well as technical execution.

02 / Built

Structure before decoration.

Contributed to the documented semantic layer through measures, selector logic and version-controlled TMDL/PBIP changes. The workflow connected model inspection, documentation and review instead of treating the report surface as the whole product.

03 / Result

What changed.

The scoped contribution is documented as 177 measures, two selector tables and 2,181 lines of TMDL. These figures describe the contribution snapshot, not ownership of the full shared environment or proof of adoption in every market.

This case study is intentionally anonymised. It describes the shape, scale and outcome of the work without exposing internal data, client systems or confidential screenshots.
