01 / Context

The question behind the work.

Daily, weekly and monthly reporting repeated similar preparation across sales, stock, forecast, ticket and incentive workflows. The challenge was to reduce repetition without removing the business review step.

02 / Built

Structure before decoration.

Built six Python pipelines following a shared pattern: read raw exports, consolidate and validate the data, then deliver a reviewable Excel or email-ready artefact. The suite includes forecasting, stock, ticket, catalogue matching and multi-country sell-out workflows.

03 / Result

What changed.

The documented suite covers two brands, two countries and more than five retailers. Manual baseline hours are still being reconciled, so the public case reports scale and workflow architecture rather than an unsupported aggregate time saving.

This case study is intentionally anonymised. It describes the shape, scale and outcome of the work without exposing internal data, client systems or confidential screenshots.
