01 / Context

The question behind the work.

Recurring stock inputs needed to be reconciled across changing names, formats and business expectations. The priority was to make exceptions visible before a report reached the team.

02 / Built

Structure before decoration.

Created reusable mappings, repeatable transformations and explicit quality checks around the recurring stock workflow. The output remains reviewable, and the process does not imply that every business action is fully automated.

03 / Result

What changed.

The documented comparison is approximately two to three hours of manual preparation versus five minutes for the automated run, repeated around three times per week. Review time and net saving remain unverified.

This case study is intentionally anonymised. It describes the shape, scale and outcome of the work without exposing internal data, client systems or confidential screenshots.
